Refund Policy
 
Should you become dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account activation, Koallo Inc will refund your fees.
Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services not included in the hosting plans, such as domain names, extra bandwidth, additional features, etc. Any setup fees, overage fees or policy violations are nonrefundable.
The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to reseller's resold accounts, or any fees associated with these accounts.
No refunds are available after 30 days. Any cancellation request must be made by email to accounts@koallo.ca. Cancellations via the telephone are not accepted.
If paid via credit card or Interac, refunds will be credited back to the account holder's card within 30 days of receipt of cancellation.
Any accounts terminated by Koallo Inc for violation of our Acceptable Use Policies do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee and will receive no refunds.
